Frequently Asked Questions

Here at PetWalk, we understand that you want what is best for your pets, and we are here to provide that for you. Here is a list of questions and concerns that our other customers have had. If your question or concern is not listed, please contact us; we are happy to help!

01

The service I want for my pet is not listed. Can you still do it?

We are here to help you and your pets in any way that you may need. If the service you need is not listed, please call or e-mail us! We will probably be able to accomodate you.

02

How do I make an appointment for pet services, and how does it work?

You can call or e-mail us to make an appointment. In your e-mail, please include your name and number, which service you are requesting, the species and breed of your pet, how many pets will be cared for, and the dates you are requesting service. Once we receive your message, we will set up a date for a free consultation where we can get to know your pet and your pet can get to know us. From there, if you are comfortable, we will finalize your appointment.

03

My dog or cat is not up to date on his or her shots. Can you still care for him or her?

Unfortunately, without paper proof of an up to date rabies vaccine, we will not be able to care for your pet due to liability issues.

04

Why should I trust your employees to come into my home and care for my pets?

The company is independently owned by two people. The person you meet at your consultation will be the only one who will ever come into your home and care for your pet. You will be able to get to know this person very well. The owners of PetWalk have been successfully caring for many types of pets for years and will treat your pet with the same love that they give to their own pets.

05

How do I pay for service?

At this time, we take cash only. We are currently working on setting up credit card transactions. Payment will be taken at the time of service. Payment for pet sitting should be made before you leave for vacation unless discussed otherwise.
